As vice president, global compensation services, Nellie directs the global operational activities in the area of global compensation and domestic relocation tax compliance services. Nellie’s goal is to ensure our clients remain in compliance with local reporting requirements as well as delivery of timely and accurate reporting to our clients. Nellie serves as MSI’s in-house subject matter expert for both US individual income tax and reporting requirements and global compensation tax issues.
Nellie brings 15 years of experience to this role. Prior to joining MSI, she was employed in the international expatriate tax departments of both PricewaterhouseCoopers and more recently was a Senior Manager at Deloitte. Nellie’s role included day to day oversight of client engagements as well policy development and benchmarking projects.
Nellie is a graduate of the University of Phoenix, where she earned a masters degree in Accounting and an MBA in International Human Resource & Global Development. She also holds a bachelors degree in Economics from Montclair State University. She is currently certified with the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources. Nellie is also an Enrolled Agent (admitted to practice before the IRS). Nellie is a member of the National Society of Tax Professionals.
As senior director, global compensation services, Yesmin is responsible for the operational development of the company’s core competencies of compensation management and payroll services. Yesmin also manages and directs all global operational activities in the delivery of international compensation management and payroll services.
Yesmin manages the day to day operations of the global compensation department, participates in the hiring, mentoring and training of team members and fosters ongoing professional growth and development. She serves as one of the payroll subject matter experts on new client implementation projects requiring payroll and international compensation expertise. On an ongoing basis, Yesmin remains actively engaged, overseeing all activity and preparing and delivering year-end reporting.
Yesmin brings nine years of experience to this role. Prior to joining MSI, she served as the senior international human resource associate at Deloitte.
Yesmin is a graduate of Sacred Heart University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business.
She is a member of National Society of Tax Professionals (NSTP), and is a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (ERC), from which she received her Global Mobility Specialist™ (GMS) designation.
